I have avoided this place all cost. Due to prices in other dispensaries, I looked at Trulieve. Of course it’s cheaper. Still not caring my capsules. Today I ordered and all went smooth. Plus no shady people hanging out.

Absolutely love this location. Bob is very knowledgeable about everything and got me excited to try their products. I also had another associate, female presenting with long curly hair(younger), unfortunately can’t remember her name, but she works quickly and got me in/out in like 5 minutes. Great prices too!!!

James and Brittany are AMAZING! I had placed an online order on Sunday and went in to pick it up (even though I hadn't gotten the text saying it was ready) when I was told that they were not taking in any more patients. I assumed they were just understaffed (which I found out they were) and left. Everything I had on my order was on sale and even though I wasn't able to pick it up during the weekend sale time, they still gave me the sale prices! They were so incredibly nice and made me feel so much better about asking about the price difference. I kept apologizing because I felt like I was being difficult and they reassured me that I was fine. They took their time with me and even apologized for the whole thing even though it wasn't anyone's fault. I didn't get the lady's name working the front with the curly dark hair but she was just as awesome and patient.

I appreciate the new process at the store. I was in and out with no wait. Wes and Robin both were very helpful. The woman in the lobby was very fast.

I have been here 3x. My last visit being my worst and most likely the reason I don't return. My bud tender was inhospitable and I waited for 40 minutes in the lobby across from 2 children that were trying to run amuck. I will be frequenting Fluent from here forth because of their fast and friendly service.

Always fast service, Always quality product and reasonably priced . Friendly atmosphere and professional, respectful, educational, informative and well stocked . Like a 2nd home. Would very much love to work here. It would not even feel like work

Ordered at Noon. Never received a text stating the order was ready. They blamed it on the system. That's cool I understood. I went to go pick up my order at 7:45 with nobody in the lobby and they stated they could not serve me as they close at 8:30, even though I already had an order ready all I needed to do was pay. I told them I took a cab to get there and they did not seem to care at all. It happens far to often, I know Trulieve doesn't care, but even living on the beach I will go somewhere else
